More information

Every council is required to produce a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA). As part of this process, we review a wide range of data and information, as well as the views of people who use our services or live in the borough. This allows us to identify the key issues affecting the health and well-being of people in Southwark, both now and into the future.

The JSNA is produced by the Health and Well-being Board and informs the development of their Joint Health and Well-being Strategy, in addition to other plans and services that seek to improve health. Our Annual Public Health Report forms part of the JSNA process in Southwark, along with a range of topic specific needs assessment that are available from the section pages above.

Further information on our approach to the JSNA in Southwark is available here (PDF, 117kb).
