The Southwark digital health and wellbeing coach can help you consider ways to make a positive change and take care of your mind.

The digital coach will never tell you what to do. Instead, it supports you to think about how you might want to make positive changes to your life.

The digital coach was created by health experts and residents who want to make improvements to their health and wellbeing. Try it today.

If you're in a mental health crisis

Get 24-hour NHS help in a mental health crisis

If you need urgent help for your mental health, but it's not an emergency, contact the local NHS 24-hour health support line on 0800 731 2864 (option 1). Find out more about the mental health crisis service from the NHS South London and Maudsley Hospital.  

Southwark Community Sanctuary is a safe, welcoming and supportive space for anybody aged over 18 experiencing emotional distress or in a crisis. You can get help by completing their referral form.

Support if you feel life is no longer worth living

The Listening Place also provides free, face-to-face support for those who feel that life is no longer worth living. You can refer yourself for help with them.
