Space register

If you require premises for a longer period of time for arts and cultural use, register your details using this online form. Once you've provided the information requested on this form, your details will be held on a database and reviewed regularly. You'll be contacted if a suitable space becomes available.

Properties to let

Looking for premises? Need something quirky? See our property pages for available commercial properties to let across the borough. You can also visit Network Rail for industrial sites and railway arches. Other commercial agents in the area to consider are Kalmars, Cluttons and Field and Sons

If you're a charity you automatically receive an 80% reduction in rates. However if you're not, you can apply for a reduction; however this is discretionary and rarely awarded so this should not be assumed when making any financial calculations. More information about rates can be found on our Business rates section.
