Description
To mark 3 years since the Elephant and Castle Shopping Centre closed and development began, we are bringing back the Elephant Walking Tour on Saturday 23rd September at 2pm 🎉As the construction of the 'new town centre' reaches the half way mark, this year's tour will be playfully exploring whether developers are sticking to their promises... along the way we'll hear trader stories and sample complimentary tasters from a local long standing business. More details to be announced soon!
The meeting point will be outside Arch 1 (La Vida Loca), 1 Elephant Road (SE17 1LB).
The tour is FREE (donations welcome) and open to everyone! Spanish simultaneous translation can be provided if needed.
The walk is flat with no steps, approximatley 2 hours.
