AHUK are back with our in-demand Afro Aerobics classes for all shapes and sizes.
Whether you want to get ready for summer, reignite your New Year's resolution, improve your mental health, improve your general fitness or just come for the social, we look forward to seeing you there.
Join us every Friday 6:30pm-7:30pm
Founder Judith Palmer MBE is a well respected dance teacher and coach with years of experience and knowledge in the art of movement.
