Laura will be taking you through Dynamic Vinyasa flow which is a playful practice that links movement with breath in one smooth continuous sequence.

Laura is a founder of the Pranatula and the Zumba & Yoga teacher. After graduation in Primary education and Arts including music, drama, dance, Laura has been working in medical industry since 2009, at the same time she was very involved in music as a professional singer and different type of sports included Yoga & Zumba but always felt that something is still missing. Her life has changed since pandemic in 2018 when she has joined a local yoga studio and began practicing a lot. Laura has started to feel stronger physically, mentally and felt more connected, happier, full of energy, balanced and thought that it would be truly nice to share this magical journey with others. In 2020, Laura, has completed 200hr Yoga teacher training and on the same year she has been qualified in teaching Zumba too. She has also qualified in other yoga styles such a Mandala Vinyasa and a Rocket Vinyasa. Laura also runs a yoga retreats in UK and abroad.


By Bus:A huge range of buses stop just outside our building on Peckham Hill Street, with excellent links to major stations and tube stops Elephant & Castle (Northern Line), Vauxhall (mainline rail/Victoria line) and Waterloo. Local buses also go further into south London to destinations including Lewisham, Dulwich and Catford.

By Tube:The London Overground (Orange line) leaves every 15 minutes from Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham. This line, as well as reaching many neighbourhoods in South West and East London, links to Canada Water (Jubliee Line), Clapham High Street (Northern Line), Whitechapel (District/Hammersmith & City Lines) and Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line). Good bus and mainline rail links also serve the Tube.

By Train:Peckham Rye station has four services per hour to London Bridge (12 minutes) and two services per hour to Victoria (15 minutes). In addition, the Thameslink service serves major central stations including Blackfriars and St Pancras International.
