Children’s Self Defense classes
Muay Thai
• Tuesday 4.30pm – 5.30pm
• Thursday 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
• Monday 4.30pm – 5.30pm
• Saturday 9am – 10am
