We will be there to guide you, cheer you on, provide much-needed rest stops, and give you a warm welcome when you cross the finish line!

It costs £15 to register (£5 for NHS staff) and there are two routes to choose from:

-The Great Hospital Hike: a spectacular 17-mile trail
Ramble at your own pace through parks, forests and open countryside. Highlights include fantastic sights like the Sunken Gardens in the Horniman Museum, the tranquil ponds at Sydenham Wells Park, the Victorian dinosaurs in Crystal Palace Park, the beautiful Georgian Beckenham Palace Mansion, and the ancient oaks in Stumpshill Wood.

-The Little Hospital Hike: a 3-mile family friendly route
Join the course in Hayes and follow scenic off-road footpaths and forest trails through Mazzards Wood, Padmall Wood and Farnborough countryside to the finish line at the Princess Royal University Hospital in Bromley.
