Why do people fall in love? Or get married? Why do things fall apart? And what happens next? Bodies is a startling portrait of sexual and marital relations in the 1960’s and 70’s and delves into these questions with bitter humour. One of a string of successes written by James Saunders, this marks its first staging since 1979. Previous Two’s Company productions include What the Women Did, The Cutting of the Cloth, The Fifth Column, and A Day by the Sea. They are also producing Goodbye to All That on November 11th 2018. ‘Bodies is a play which, when we have laughed at its wit, been held in the grip of its drama and revelled in the colours and layers of its language, still raises echo after echo in our minds and hearts.’ Bernard Levin, Sunday Times Two’s Company are very grateful for support from The Boris Karloff Charitable Foundation, the Foyle Foundation, The John S. Cohen Foundation, Ray Cooney, and the Royal Victoria Hall Foundation. Suitable for ages 14+
