What is air pollution and why it's important

The quality of the air you breathe each day can affect you. Everyone reacts differently to air pollution, even if you’re healthy, you can still be affected by poor air quality if you exercise or work outdoors.

You can help to reduce the amount of air pollution by reducing your use of energy in your home and how often you use your car, motorbike or scooter on the road.
