Windrush 75 Commemoration Fund
We're pleased to announce our grants programme to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Windrush migration. We welcome applications from organisations and individuals who will hold events celebrating Windrush taking place from June to September.
The funding will support the Southwark community to:
- celebrate the diversity and heritage of the borough
- recognise the contributions of the Windrush generation
- educate people about the Windrush story
- foster a greater sense of pride and recognition of the contributions made by the migrant communities
- be community-led and have a positive impact
- support those impacted by the Windrush scandal
- inspire the next generation
This year's programme theme is The Diamond Anniversary: Celebrate and Commemorate.
The Windrush 75 Commemoration Fund is now closed for applications
