We have made changes to our website to improve the way it looks and to give residents a better experience. You can find out more about this update here. 

How we contact you

If we have your contact details we'll aim to contact you by either text or email, as well as issuing formal notices.

These emails and texts aren't part of the legal Council Tax billing and recovery process, so please don't depend on them to remind you to pay.

We're updating some of our messaging so that if your device supports Rich Communication Services (RCS) you'll see that we are a verified sender, so you'll know that the message is genuine.
