Information about the council’s social housing stock data is published at postal sector level and draws upon the most recent full valuation of the stock undertaken on 31 March 2022. Valuation data is disclosed at both Existing Use Value for Social Housing (EUV-SH) values and Market values.

Please note that this valuation data provides information relating to the market value of social housing assets within the Housing Revenue Account. These valuations may be significantly different from the tenanted sale value of dwellings when sold under Right To Buy where a discount will be applicable. The publication of this valuation information isn't intended to suggest that tenancies should end to realise the market value of properties.
