We are committed to hearing from residents and will be conducting a survey across the borough from 1 September to 13 October 2025.
We are working with DJS Research, an independent research agency, to carry out face-to-face interviews with people living in Southwark, as part of our resident insight survey.
Your responses will help us understand what people think about their local area and the services that we provide. This research will help inform our decision-making and priorities for the borough.
This survey is an opportunity for you say, in complete confidence, what you think about Southwark Council and the area you live in. Your views will remain strictly confidential – no identifying details will be passed on to us, or any other organisation, unless you explicitly consent to being contacted in the future.
If you are approached, please take part. Interviews will last around 20 minutes and if you can’t spare the time when you get a knock on your door, you can ask the field team to come back at a more convenient time.
