Integrated Offender Management (IOM)
The Integrated Offender Management (IOM), formerly known as RADAR, combines support and enforcement to divert individuals away from criminality.
We support and work alongside partners including the Metropolitan Police Service, National Probation Service and London Community Rehabilitation Company to target offenders identified as having a high chance of re-offending.
The IOM comprises specialist services that target the individual and supports them with:
- housing issues
- healthy relationships
- substance use and alcohol
- benefits and debt advice
- problem solving
- mental, physical and sexual health
- education, training and employment
- help to avoid offending in the future
The IOM takes a carrot and stick approach, offering multi-agency partnership offers of rehabilitative support to those who engage, with the promise of swift justice for those who continue to offend.
