Mayor’s Good Work Standard

Achieving the Good Work Standard can help you:

• get higher levels of employee engagement and motivation

To sign up for the Good Work Standard, you must:

• Complete a self-assessment on the Mayor of London website. This focuses on the legal requirements for employers to provide a safe and fair workplace.
• If the self-assessment shows you meet the minimum standards you’ll be asked for evidence for these to become accredited to either ‘achievement’ or ‘excellence’ standard.
• Your evidence will be looked at by a panel of assessors who will then let you know if you meet the Good Work Standard and to what level.
