Apply for a premises licence

Any person or business can comment on your application for a premises licence. These are representations.

You must make representations within 28 days of the notice's date. You must do this in writing or by email to licensing@southwark.gov.uk. 

We will issue a premises licence if there are no representations in this 28-day period.

Once we grant a licence, it is valid immediately. It is subject to an annual fee, which is due on the date of the licence grant.
