Household Support Fund
Find out about the newest Household Support Fund and previous rounds.
The UK Government announced a new Household Support Fund in March 2025 (available from April 2025 to March 2026).
We received £2.73 million from this fund, which we added to our Southwark Better Living Fund.
How we used the previous funding
In autumn 2021, we received £4.81 million in grants for the first 3 rounds of the Household Support Fund.
We used this money to:
- help low-income households with high energy bills
- provide free holiday meals for eligible children in Southwark schools
From 2022 to 2024, we created the Southwark Cost of Living Fund by combining:
- the money we received from the Household Support Fund
- other government grants
- council funding
