Postal vote renewals

If you have a postal vote, you need to renew your application every 3 years.

How we will remind you

If you have a postal vote that needs to be renewed, we will send you a letter, email or text message. 

Please respond straight away to help us reduce the cost of contacting you again. If we do not receive a prompt response, by law we must send you a reminder.

To be sure the message is from us, check the:

  • email has come from electoral.enquiries@southwark.gov.uk
  • text has come from sender ‘SOUTHWARK’ and the subject line is ‘Southwark Electoral Services’
  • messages are addressed to you directly
