The Provider Selection Regime
Each year we must produce an annual summary of our contracting activity for the provision of relevant health care services.
This is in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
From 1 January 2024 to 30 April 2025, 12 contracts were awarded:
- 3 through Direct Award Process A
- 0 through Direct Award Process B
- 9 through Direct Award Process C
- 0 though the Most Suitable Provider process
- 0 through the Competitive Process
