- Children with learning difficulties and disabilities
- Service management
In Southwark, we have 2 additional key lines of enquiry, which are
- The effectiveness of interagency co-operation in tackling youth crime and anti-social behaviour
- The contribution of local services to support and challenge schools in raising attainment
The JAR will evaluate the way local services contribute collectively to the outcomes achieved by children and young people growing up in Southwark. It will examine the leadership and management of these services and the way they work together to support children and young people to
- Stay safe
- Be healthy
- Enjoy and achieve
- Make a positive contribution
- Achieve economic well-being

The JAR will happen at the same time as the corporate assessment, which assesses the council's ability to engage with and lead its communities.
