Adopted policies map

The adopted policies map is a key part of the council’s development plan and sets out all of our planning policies spatially on a map of the borough. The map includes spatial designations for:

  • regeneration areas
  • town centre boundaries
  • residential density zones
  • conservation areas and listed buildings
  • protected open spaces

The map was last updated in 2016 to reflect the designations in the Canada Water Area Action Plan, adopted in late 2015.

The adopted policies map has display issues on Internet Explorer v.10 web browsers. All other versions of IE and other browsers should work

We have paper copies of the map available for a fee. Please contact the planning policy team for more information.

A detailed schedule of all designations (pdf, 750kb) can be downloaded.
