If you're a business operating within our controlled parking zones, you can buy permits for business-related vehicles.

Permit costs

Business permit for ULEZ compliant vehicles:

• £223.10 - 3 months
• £445.00 - 6 months
• £721.90 - 12 months
• electric vehicle (50% discount) - £361.50

Business permit for diesel non-ULEZ compliant vehicles:

• £258.30 - 3 months
• £517.50 - 6 months
• £866.20 - 12 months
• professional child care providers - £155.80 annual 12 month permit

Permit refund 

We'll refund the remaining duration left on your permit if you:

• sold your vehicle
• moved out of a controlled parking zone
• no longer require the permit

There's a £14.50 admin fee for refunds or any changes made to the permit.

You must return your permit to the address below before we can issue a refund:
