If it's necessary for your business to park on an estate, you can apply for a business parking permit. These permits may have time restrictions where parking is in demand with limited parking spaces.
Who can apply
You're eligble if you're:
- a contractor carrying out essential work on an estate on behalf of the council
- a council staff member who works on an estate
- £130.00 - annual permit
- £10.00 - admin fee for replacement permits
How to apply
We'll need the company or organisation who'll be working and parking on the estate to complete the application. Once you've printed the completed estate parking business permit (pdf, 101kb), include a cheque or postal order and send it to:
London Borough of Southwark
132 Queens Road
Your application will be processed within seven working days.
If you need to park on an estate to carry out essential work straight away, contact us.
You must park in the estate's dedicated parking bays. If your vehicle is in breach of the estate parking terms and conditions it may be clamped or removed without prior notice.
