Remember, remember the fifth of November fireworks comes to Southwark
Published 26 October 2012
Southwark’s annual fireworks display returns on 5 November 2012 at Southwark Park.
Once again the spectacular display is free of charge with plenty of hot food and drinks to keep the whole family warm.
Councillor Veronica Ward cabinet for culture, leisure and sport said: "We are very pleased to be able to put on a free show for all our residents to enjoy. Whilst it's a fun evening, it's important that we all keep safe and are mindful of those seeking to spoil the wonderful experience. Always report any firework misuse or anyone causing damage to the park. That said, do indulge in the festive treats and enjoy the show."
