Apprenticeship opportunities with Southwark businesses
If we can't offer what you're looking for, there are a variety of other apprenticeships available with local businesses. The Southwark Apprenticeship Standard sets the standard for quality local apprentices. It's based on our over ten years experience running the apprenticeship scheme and sets four key areas that we know are at the heart of any successful apprenticeship:
- secure employment (contract of at least 12 months)
- fair pay (with payment of the London Living Wage as the gold standard)
- quality training provision
- mentoring and support
Standard employers come in most sectors and sizes, offering something for everywhere wanting to earn while they learn. We're signing up new employers all the time, and post new vacancies most months, so keep checking this page to find out about the latest opportunities (pdf, 235kb).
