Completing and submitting your application

To make a planning application you need to supply

• the appropriate completed and signed application form, the planning fee and all other information required by the national planning application requirements
• accurate metric scaled and dimensioned plans of the proposal
• a location plan outlining all the land to which the application relates
• a design and access statement where required
• additional information in support of the application, such as background brief and relevant photos, as required by the council's local planning application requirements
