Penalty charge notices

The amount you have to pay is displayed on the penalty charge notice.

You are required to pay your penalty charge notice not later than the last day of the period of 28 days begining with the date of service of the issue date of the penalty charge notice.

Legislation provides a 50 per cent discount if payment is made not later than the last day of the period of 14 days begining with the date of service of the penalty charge notice.

If the penalty charge notice was issued for a parking contravention using a CCTV camera the 50 per cent discount period is extended to 21 days.

You can view the photographs of your vehicle in contravention online. These are normally available two days after the penalty has been issued.
