How can I reclaim my vehicle?
Please phone the TRACE service on 020 7747 4747 to find out if your vehicle has been removed and taken to the car pound or relocated to another street within the borough.
Your vehicle can be collected from Southwark car pound once you have produced valid identification and paid the charges:
- Vehicle removal charge of £200.
- Penalty charge notice (parking ticket) at the discounted rate if paid within 14 days £40 or £65.
- Vehicle storage charge, only if your vehicle is not collected within 24 hours, £40 per day.
Remember to bring:
- Vehicle registration document or log book.
- Two proofs of residency that show your name and address (eg. utility bill, driving licence).
