Burgess Park BMX
Opening hours and bookings
The Burgess Park BMX track is open for use Monday to Sunday from 9am until 9pm. The current track schedule of use is available in the downloads section. In the event of poor weather closure at short notice may be unavoidable. Call 0796340111 to confirm. Up to date announcements are posted on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
Rock Up and Ride
The Rock Up and Ride sessions are free and are on a first come basis. Weekend timings can be confirmed by visiting our Facebook or Twitter pages or by calling the track on 07976340111. You can use your own bike, helmet and gloves if suitable, otherwise these can be borrowed for the session. You do not need to book for Rock Up and Ride but you do need to have completed a track accreditation. For information on accreditation call 07976340111 or email email@example.com
Bookings are to be made through the council’s sports bookings team via email or tel: 0207 708 5464
- The booking service is not available at weekends and as such bookings for weekends must be made by 4pm Friday.
- The hours of operation of the booking service are 9am to 5pm weekdays.
- The minimum age for open use of the track is six years.
- Strider bike sessions are available for two to five year olds.
- The minimum age for Peckham BMX club sessions is at the club's discretion.
The use of the track for events is to be booked through the sports bookings service and if further areas outside of the track boundary are required to facilitate the event, this must be booked and managed through the council’s events application process with a fee being charged for the track use and also for the wider use of the park.

Marketing and communication
