Community Repaint

Community Repaint

In 2010, 366 million litres of paint were bought in the UK . Of this, it is estimated that approximately 55 million litres are unused, stored in homes, garages or just thrown away. That's enough paint to fill 22 Olympic-sized swimming pools!

How to donate paint

You can donate your unwanted paint for reuse in Southwark through the Community RePaint network. This includes any full or part-full tins that are leftover.

Take your unwanted tins to our new reuse and recycling centre at 43 Devon Street, SE15 1AL .

How to collect paint

If you are a Southwark resident, member of a community group or charity and are interested in using paint from this scheme, simply visit our new reuse and recycling centre at 43 Devon Street, SE15 1AL . No appointment necessary.

For opening hours, map and directions simply visit the reuse and recycling centre page of this website.

Trade donations are subject to trade disposal fees in line with all other waste types.
