  • Investing in Rotherhithe's public realm report 2007
    The planning policy team carry out research to help inform the preparation of plans and policies - investing in Rotherhithe's public realm 2007. This study, carried out by Urbed and the Landscape Partnership, provides an audit of the public realm in Rotherhithe and provides a broad strategy for improving the public realm.
  • Canada Water AAP public realm improvements study 2009
    This study, carried out by The Landscape Partnership, builds on the work of the 2007 Rotherhithe public realm study and identifies a number of projects which would significantly improve walking and cycling routes and public realm in the Canada Water AAP area. When funding becomes available to implement the improvements to the routes and public spaces identified in the study, further consultation will be carried out on the scope of works and design. Consultation will take place outside the AAP preparation process.
  • Canada Water town centre feasibility study, Benoy, (February 2010) CDD1

    The town centre feasibility study explored options for developing the main sites in the town centre. It's main purpose was to consider how much development could be provided in the town centre in a manner that would be consistant with the principles site out in the AAP. This is a large document file and it is not available on line. Hard copies are available for inspection in the council's one stop shops, Rotherhithe Library and in the council's offices at 160 Tooley Street.
