Canada Water area action plan financial viability study (CBRE) 2010
CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) were instructed by Southwark Council to assess the financial viability and deliverability of the area action plan (AAP) proposals drawn by Benoy (architects and masterplanners) for the redevelopment of Canada Water town centre. CBRE's role was to undertake a financial viability analysis of the base option emerging from the Benoy study to determine if the scheme is financially viable.
St George's Wharf study (2009)
This feasibility study will inform the allocation of the site in the draft Canada Water AAP and Site Allocations development plan document. Any policies, including site allocations need to be soundly based and capable of being implemented within the lifetime of the plan. This study addresses this by undertaking a financial appraisal of the preferred options.
