Evidence base

The following research reports make up the evidence base that supports the policies and guidance set out in our Local development framework (LDF) documents.

These studies cover topics that include housing, infrastructure, environment, economy and design. Our LDF documents are in line with other council plans and strategies including the Southwark corporate plan 2009-2011 and the Sustainable community strategy.

We have prepared a core document list for the Core strategy publication/submission DPD which sets out all the documents that have been used to inform the policies set out in the core strategy.
