Walworth

We invest in a wide range of projects across Walworth that have had a positive impact on the community.

Lulworth plantingLandscaped area at Lulworth

This space used to be empty and attracted fly tipping.

It has now been redesigned by installing seven raised flower beds and planting espaliered pyracantha along the wall.

A five metre high pyramid sculpted Carpinus tree was donated by Tate Britain and was planted in the area.

Alberta tenants and residents hallRenovations to Alberta Tenants and Association hall to improve access and safety.

Renovations were carried out at the Alberta Tenants and Residents Association hall to improve the access and safety for those using the building.

The doors and frames were replaced to allow level access and a threshold bar was installed to prevent water from entering under the door.

A time clock for the external lighting was also installed, and external signage was re-positioned to help people find the hall.
