Salter Road nature verges

The green verges on Salter Road were planted with seasonal wildflower 'meadows' in order to brighten up the road and improve the biodiversity in the area.

The meadows have flourished this year attracting plenty of birds, bees and butterflies and greatly improving the visual aspect of Salter Road.

Southwark Park outdoor gym

An outdoor gym was installed in Southwark Park to provide the local community with a free accessible facility to exercise.

The equipment includes a recumbent bike, ski machines and cross training stations.
