Estate permits for visitors and carers

Some estates allow visitors and carers to park in the dedicated parking bays providing they have a valid visitor's parking permit or carer's parking permit.

Who can apply for a visitor's estate parking permit?

• Tenants
• Leaseholders
• People who live permanently with a tenant or leaseholder on an estate managed by Southwark Council

Who can apply for a carer's permit?

• People who provide medical support to a resident, or residents, living on an estate managed by Southwark Council
• Carers can be registered or unregistered

Size restrictions for vehicles parking on the estate

No vehicle should exceed the following dimensions

• Height: 6 foot 6 inches (2 metres)
• Width: 6 foot zero inches (1.83 metres)
• Length: 16 foot zero inches (4.8 metres)
