Estate parking permits

You can apply for a resident permit online. Estate parking permits are for residents who voted to join a controlled parking scheme. Permits will usually be valid for 12 months.

There are the following types of permit:

• Resident's permits
• Visitor's permits
• Business permits
• Carer's Permits

The need for parking control and the type of enforcement varies between neighbourhoods and housing estates and for this reason the types of permits issued and the numbers are decided at local level by the neighbourhood office after consultation with the appropriate tenant and resident associations.
