Strata Tower 
This landmark scheme consists of two buildings including a landmark 43-storey residential tower. It includes mixed tenure flats along with ground floor commercial space. The tower is characterised by three 9m diameter wind turbines set within the top 20m.
Printworks, Amelia Street
A nine storey development consisting of mixed tenure housing and ground floor commercial space for small businesses. As part of this scheme, the developers made a significant contribution towards a public realm improvement competition focusing on the local area of the Pullens Estate.
