Strata Tower

This landmark scheme consists of two buildings including a landmark 43-storey residential tower and will provide mixed tenure flats along with ground floor commercial space. The tower is characterised by three 9m diameter wind turbines set within the top 20m. 

Primeworks, Amelia Street

Nine storey development consisting of mixed tenure housing and ground floor commercial space for small businesses. As part of this scheme there has been a significant contribution by the developers towards a public realm improvement competition focusing on the local area of the Pullens Estate.

South Central

Two highly contemporary buildings comprising of mixed tenure residential homes and seven commercial units on the ground floor.

O-Central, Crampton Street

Located to the west of the railway, viaduct O-Central rises to nine storeys and provides a further example of high quality, contemporary design within the Elephant and Castle. Along with the mixed tenure accommodation O-Central provides 15 commercial units on the ground floor parallel with the viaduct.
