The exciting Canada Water regeneration programme is delivering a vibrant new town centre for Rotherhithe.
We are providing a mix of high quality homes, community facilities, employment, shops and new public realm.
This is a unique opportunity to transform a historic London docklands location into a distinctive, new waterside town centre. So far we have delivered:
- 900 homes of which 236 are affordable
- a state of the art Library with over 40,000 books, learning spaces, meeting rooms and a theatre
- new plaza designed to accommodate a street market and other events
We have been working closely with local community to understand their aspiration for Canada Water.
Our shared vision is to ultimately deliver at least 2500 new homes, 35,000sqm of additional retail spaces and generate around 2000 new jobs.
