Tenant and leaseholder support

If the regeneration of the Aylesbury estate proceeds as planned then all residents will have to move home at some point in the next 20 years.

If you're a tenant, you will be rehoused either to a housing association home or a council property within the borough.

If you're a leaseholder or freeholder, we will need to buy back your property. Dedicated officers will assist you throughout the process.
