Residents can get involved in our work on the Aylesbury by participating in the organisations listed below.
Tenants and Residents Associations
Tenants and Residents Associations (TRAs) are community groups made up of local people acting in a voluntary capacity to promote and defend the interests of tenants and or residents in their area.
There are currently four TRAs that made up the Aylesbury estate. If you are interested in being a TRA member, please see below for their contacts and meeting schedules.

Creation Trust
Creation Trust is the successor organisation to the Aylesbury New Deal for Communities (NDC), a 10 year government funded regeneration programme set up in 1999 which was closed in March 2010.
The objectives of Creation Trust are to involve residents in the regeneration of the Aylesbury area, to improve health and wellbeing and increase educational attainment, and to reduce worklessness.
Aylesbury Regeneration Sub-Group (RSG)
The Aylesbury Regeneration Sub-Group (RSG), reports to the Creation Trust Board, and was established to ensure effective participation in decision-making regarding the redevelopment of the Aylesbury Estate.
The RSG comprises of 8 members representing local residents and local stakeholder bodies. Jean Bartlett is the chair of the RSG.
Walworth Community Council meetings
Residents can also attend to attend Walworth Community Council meetings, which provide an opportunity for residents to influence decisions on local matters.
