Project overview
Our regeneration proposal divides the estate into development plots that will be regenerated using a variety of methods; public/private partnerships, land disposals and council funded building projects.
Detailed design and building proposals will be brought forward on a project-by-project basis, the business cases of which will be influenced by the prevailing economic conditions, the views of residents and the planning framework for the estate.
