Moving house?
The majority of delays in calculating benefits are due to the office sending information and forms out to the wrong address. Therefore it is important to notify us if you have moved house so that we keep your files updated with your new address at all times.
You can inform us of your new address simply by contacting us by email, post or telephone.
Changing banks?
It is also vital that we are notified of any changes in your bank details. However, if you are planning on changing your bank then we advise you to notify us in writing for security reasons.
Note - please note that it is not our policy to acknowledge the receipt of any changes unless you request otherwise.
