Pension fund

Southwark Council's pension fund had net assets of approximately £847 million at 31 March 2011.

Information on how the fund is administered and invested, to provide benefits for retired members and information on the fund's governance arrangements, can be viewed in the pension fund annual report 2010/11.

The financial position of the fund is reviewed in the pension fund actuarial valuation as at 31 March 2010.
