Applying for a junior school place

Where can I obtain a Transfer to Junior School application form?

If your child currently attends an infants school and is due to transfer to junior school in September 2012, you can start applying for a junior school place from October 2011.  The application form will be available from October 2011 and you can obtain the form either by:

• Contacting the school admissions team on 020 7525 5337 to request an application form to be posted to you
• Downloading the Transfer to Junior School application form

Where do I return the Transfer to Junior School application form?

You must return the Transfer to Junior School application form before the closing date 15 January 2012, either:

• By hand to the Walworth one stop shop (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday, 9am to 1pm), the Peckham one stop shop (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) or the Bermondsey one stop shop (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)
• By post to the School admissions team (4th floor), children's services, Southwark council, PO BOX 64529 , London SE1P 5LX.
