Work experience

We are happy to host work experience placements for university students from a variety of disciplines. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and plans.

For more details about volunteering at the Cuming Museum see our volunteer policy and handbook.

We welcome researchers to the museum to study our extensive collections and support their study. For more information about our collections please see the Southwark collections page and visit our collections online at our website.

Visits in person to study the collections are encouraged and need to be arranged at least two weeks in advance to give time for us to prepare objects and book space for your visit.

If you're researching local or family history you might also like to contact the Local History Library.
