How does Section 106 work?

Section 106 planning obligations are used to address negative impacts caused by a development. This includes providing  infrastructure and facilities to help achieve sustainable communities.

We can enter into a legal agreement with a developer to provide planning contributions.

Planning contributions can cover a range of facilities and services including
