Dulwich SPD

We are preparing a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for Dulwich. The SPD will cover the entire Dulwich Community Council area including East Dulwich, Herne Hill, and Dulwich Village. The SPD will also cover a small area to the west of Peckham Rye.

SPDs provide further guidance on policies in the development plan which is the Southwark plan and draft core strategy, and are taken into account when deciding on planning applications. They can be based on topics such as affordable housing or areas such as the Dulwich SPD.
