Grove Vale area

Controlled parking zone consultation

The council's transport programme, funded by Transport for London , includes a parking project and consultation of residents and businesses in some uncontrolled (non CPZ) streets in East Dulwich and South Camberwell wards.

The consultation is now closed. We are reviewing all submitted answers, to assess streets around Grove Vale, which are a short walking distance from East Dulwich railway station. The streets were last consulted in 2002/03 as part of a Dulwich wide parking study.

The consultation methods and boundary were agreed at Camberwell and Dulwich community councils in September 2011.

Outcome and what happens next

The results from the consultation will be reported to Camberwell and Dulwich community councils in January 2012.

The draft consultation report will be available to view on the Camberwell community council page towards the end of December 2011.

A final decision will then be taken by the Cabinet Member for Environment, Transport and Recycling. Read the council's decision register which will include this report.

The decision will then be subject to statutory consultation with key stakeholders as part of the traffic orders procedures.
